A modpack update is required.
This pack tweaks waystones to do the following:
Allows any player to set a waystone to "Global" - this means players do not have to discover the waystone if set to global Generated Waystones can now not be destroyed. Players must now craft waystones in order to place them. If currently placed waystones are placed and they can no longer be broken let me know. All villages should now spawn with a waystone
