The World

The Lost Cities is its own dimension — an entire world of abandoned, decaying urban sprawl. But it's not empty. Spore has taken over from the inside, its creatures spreading through the streets and buildings, turning what was already eerie into something genuinely hostile. The loot is incredible, the atmosphere is insane, and exploring it never gets old.

JurassicSaga brings dinosaurs into the mix — not just as hostile mobs, but as creatures you can study, track, and eventually recreate through in-game science. If you want them, you have to earn them.

The AVP mod is the backbone of the danger on this server, and it goes way deeper than just "aliens exist." The full xenomorph lifecycle is implemented — Ovomorphs sit dormant waiting for a host, Facehuggers latch on, Chestbursters tear out, and from there they grow through Adolescent into their adult caste. And there are a lot of castes.

Drones and Warriors are your standard threat. Runners are faster and quadrupedal. Prowlers are stealthy ambush hunters. Spitters throw acid at range. Boilers explode in acid when killed. Crushers are armored tanks that charge. Praetorians are elite royal guards. And at the top is the Queen — capable of actively laying eggs via her ovipositor, running a real hive.

On top of that, each caste comes in strain variants: Standard, Nether (fire-resistant), Aberrant (mutated), and Irradiated (radioactive). The Nether strain means the threat doesn't stop at the overworld.

Xenomorphs don't just wander — they form organized hives with actual hierarchy and group behavior. Hives elect leaders by caste priority, manage their own caste composition, and spread resin to claim and reinforce their territory. Find a big hive and you're not just fighting a few mobs, you're fighting a coordinated organism.

Push deep enough into a hive and there's real loot on the other side. You can craft 8 full armor sets from xenomorph materials — Chitin, Nether Chitin, Aberrant, and Irradiated, each with a standard and plated (reinforced) version. There are also over 100 building blocks made from resin and chitin if you want to build with the aesthetic. Royal Jelly harvested from queens can accelerate xenomorph growth. Poison Jelly permanently stunts it.

The server runs the Alien and Human (Colonial Marines) AVP modules — Xenomorphs and the marines sent to fight them, in one world.

The Tech

The modpack is built heavily around Create — full addon suite, jetpacks, diesel generators, all of it — paired with Immersive Engineering. Together they give you the tools to build serious infrastructure: automated production lines, custom power grids, multi-block machinery. You can go from a simple workshop to a fully industrial complex if that's where you want to take it.

Some players are out here fighting dinosaurs. Others are quietly building massive automated factories. Both are completely valid.
