The Unknown PVP

Removed the following mods:

• Biomes O Plenty
• Blood Magic
• Botania
• Railcraft
• Mo's Creatures
• Sound filters

Changed the following configs:

• Limited tinkers tool leveling to 2 levels (5 modifiers max)
• Enabled auto-pickup of items
• Made night-time brighter (You can now always see at night, although new moons will still be better with torches on hand)
• Removed Blood Magic book from spawn items list
• Disabled all teleport commands
• Enabled safe spawn area
• Added simple MOTD
• Added set of wood tools, a crafting bench, and a handful of torches as starting items
• Removed button 5 and button 4 keybindings (were emotes that could cause kicks if spammed)
• Moved drop item from Grave to Q (MC default)
• Disabled Cave Mapping and Radars for JourneyMap
