The Ultimate Hero Pack

This modpack is designed, built, and catered towards myself and a group of friends who play Minecraft together. We run a private Minecraft server with this pack, which includes mods like Ad Astra, NBC Heroes, and Palladium (along with a plethora of its add-ons) to create a sci-fi-esque world in which we can live and make our own universe. This pack has a focus on the hero packs, which actually make up a relatively small number of the mods. The rest of the pack's resources went into quality of life---small mods that could enhance our gameplay to make the rest of Minecraft less dreary.

For instance, we improved the keybind menu with controlling, inventory management with various inventory enhancement mods and even added colorful hearts to get past the annoyance that multiple rows of hearts can bring in a pack like this.

The point of this pack is to help the player live out their dream superhero life with mods like FTB Ultimine and Construction Wand to help them reach that dream just a little quicker. Mods like Ad Astra add the element of space that some hero nuts crave, allowing them to make supermassive space stations to achieve their goals of mimicking the Justice League, or, perhaps, making a league of their own.

Whether they want a city like Gotham or a homely town, such as Smallville, mods like the elevator block and the various furniture mods(including but not limited to all of Macaw's building block mods, Artemis' Laboratory Blocks, [Let's Do] Furniture and many more) can help them achieve that deeply personal and lively world.

Then there are the 'outliers', the mods that add just that bit of flavour. We have the Twilight forest, for if you choose to be a magical hero, it and its biomes prove lovely for mystical builds and bases. Sitting+ to make any part of your base a cool place to chill at night, and Better Archaeology, which plays hand in hand with some of the processes to get heroes like Moon Knight (and the scarab for Blue Beetle). Crystalcraft Unlimited to give the world a more magical feel, Marvel and DC already have a plethora of fantastical materials and crystals, and Crystalcraft Unlimited just adds to that feel of 'this isn't the real world'.

The rest of the mods are small, things you don't realise you have until you boot up a vanilla world and realise you miss them. Things like mouse tweaks and right-click to harvest are among them. Lastly, storage is always an issue in Minecraft, especially in the modern age. This is why we added all of the Sophisticated Storage mods, along with Tom's Simple Storage, to help mitigate this growing problem.
