This modpack is a modified version of "The FTB Unstable 1.14" with a lot of techy additions, some decoration mods and a couple of other mods, making it a bit heavier than the unstable.
More globally, this modpack aims to be a transition between the 1.7.10 "old school" overmoded experience with a lot of big mods like Ender I/O, Thermal Expansion, Draconic Evolution or Avaritia and the more recent lighter experience with lighter mods. So it still has mods like Industrial foregoing or Mystical agriculture, but also features more niche mods like Rats or Create.
