Exploit vis, shoot fireballs, create rifts in reality, accidentally summon demons, Everything else you can do in thaumcraft, with like 2 more mods
For those uninitiated, you can start the pack by breaking elemental vis crystals found on stone- try caves, rocky mountains, etc. I personally recommend those who don't know thaumcraft to just play normally and follow the Thaumonomicon
