+First pass on Construct Armory material defense and toughness values.
~Swapped the recipe for iron ring from Bountiful Baubles to not conflict with Iron Gear from Thermal.
~Spice of Life Carrot config change: doubled the total hearts you can get, also doubled the food requirements for milestones. Twice as much max hp gain, four times longer to reach max.
~Raiders config change: raiders level up twice as slow.
~Zombie Awareness config change: no longer affects EB Wizardry summons. Spawns scent markers farther apart. Ticks players less often. All in an attempt to make the enemies feel similarly responsive, but without as much overhead.
~Better portals config: are now less opaque.
~Various mods configs: no longer spawn you with books, saving precious early game inventory.
~Loot Bags config: reduced rate of bags by (A LOT).
~Disabled Armor Bar's Rustic Warning, as it was popping up despite having disabled Rustic's armor guis disabled.
~Make Kinetic Lag Clear less aggressive with enemies, and lower Blood Moon's spawn limit to remain under KLC's ceiling. Trying to find a good balance between swarms of enemies and not wrecking performance.

World gen pass (probably make structures a little less common to spread them out just a bit more)
