The Smol Karapack

This is the possibly ultimate expansion to the Smolpack, taking us from the Obama Memorial Edition, at 44 mods, to the Nice Expansion, at 69 mods. This should be self-evident naming, and if it isn't, please ask when you are older.

We add a pile of magical stuff, potion things, and most importantly, KILLABEES. Tested as launching in less than 3.5 minutes on the worst hardware we had available, it should be safely within the bounds of the Smolpack tenets of small, relaxed, and easy to run.
