This is the first build of the Modpack for 1.16.3

Many mods are not currently updated, sadly many will not move from 1.12.2
and the Forge/Fabric debate rages for many mod authors.

My goal is to eventually add in all the features from the 1.12 version to the 1.16.3 version.

BUT this is a beta and completely unsupported!

Mods can and will be added/removed/tweaked/adjusted/thingawatchited etc.....
