• Added Chisels & Bits (no clue how this slipped under the radar during the first several passes we did >_>)
• Removed Headcrumbs (used to be possible to kill other players and get their heads; it no longer does this, so it's not worth having around)
• Enumerated hopefully all spawnable entities in the Infernal Mobs config file
• Prevented hopefully all bosses from spawning with Infernal Mobs modifiers
• Added some custom Blood Magic meteors (these can be removed by going to /config/BloodMagic/meteors and removing unwanted .json files)
