Updated allot of the config files:
buildcraft aluminium now spawns by default in overworld
decreased general spawn rate of dungeons in overworld

reduced the amount of weapons that spawn in loot bags 

attempted to balance loot bag spawn rates and rewards. 

added more quests to the machinery questline.
