Welcome!
Compared to the original Magics and Goodies pack, this pack no longer has Malum or Nature's Aura, adds Hexerei and Forbidden and Arcanus, as well as Iron Chests and Magical Forest.
I've also done a great deal more work tweaking mob spawning, especially Mana and Artifice's mobs, the loot table for the Adventure and Mining constructs from MnA, and the spawn rate of the When Dungeons Arise! structures.
A new world is highly recommended.
