Ashan's Modpack Usage License

1. Intellectual Property
The modpack [The Path, The Cursed Crusade] is an original work created by Ashan. All files, resources, code, textures, and content associated with the Modpack are protected by copyright law. Any unauthorized use, modification, or redistribution of these elements is prohibited.

2. Redistribution Terms
The Modpack may only be redistributed through official channels. Redistribution of the Modpack on third-party websites, forums, or any other platforms, whether for free or for profit, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This includes, but is not limited to, file-sharing platforms, unofficial mod sites, and file-sharing services.

3. No Re-appropriation
Re-appropriating the Modpack, its resources, or its elements (including redistribution of a modified version) under a different name or form is PROHIBITED. Any attempt to claim the Modpack or its elements as the original work of another person is a violation of this license.

4. Modifications
Users are allowed to modify the Modpack for personal use only, in accordance with the terms of this license. Any publication, redistribution, or sharing of modified versions is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by the Author.

5. Commercial Use
The Modpack is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any commercial use of the Modpack, including but not limited to selling, distributing for profit, or integrating into commercial projects, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the Author.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Modpack is provided "as is," with no warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Author is not responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the Modpack.

7. License Modifications
The Author reserves the right to modify this license at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the official Modpack page.

8. Organization and Arrangement of Mods
The Author reserves the right to organize, arrange, and integrate third-party mods within the Modpack. However, the Author does not claim ownership of or take credit for the work of the original mod authors. All third-party mods included in the Modpack remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. This license does not affect the rights of the original mod authors, and proper credit is given to them where applicable.
