The Palm Tree Pack

Updated Configs for multiple mods, most notable changes:

- Disabled Dire Slimes from spawning (those slimes that spawned when you broke dirt with your bare hands)
- Removed the pressure and radiation system of ExtraPlanets

- made Mystical Agriculture significantly harder by disabling Overworld Ore spawns and making Nether Ores a lot more scarce
- Disabled FTBUtilities backups feature since we're already using AromaBackup

- Disabled most duplicate ores from generating

 + some other minor changes

Also added NuclearCraft and TechReborn and updated all of the outdated mods.

(Note that this is technically version 1.3 already, while the original 1.2 was under review I found some other config settings I wanted to change as well as another mod to add to the pack.)
