You wanted old Minecraft back.

The bright grass.

The lonely forests.

The feeling that you were the only player in the world.

This modpack brings it back.

The Old World Isn't Empty — that's just what I'm calling it, anyway. I don't really know what else to call it.

It looks like Minecraft used to look. The old stuff. You know, the old stuff: green grass, simple landscapes, and that feeling of being completely alone. A modpack built to feel like the version of the game we grew up with, before everything got too bright and too safe.

It's not just that, though.

The mods don't act right.

Not "buggy" wrong — wrong, wrong.

Sound doesn't behave the way it should either; you'll hear footsteps from a direction nothing's standing in, and they don't stop when you do.
