The New World

Inspiration:

This is my first mod pack, I put it together for personal use by my friends and I.

Most mods here I got from or are inspired by the Minecraft Youtube Series' Mianite and Trollcraft with a few additions I stumbled across or was told about by friends.

The experience I want to have with this mod pack is one where the systems available to you are fun and useful and help you to progress in the world. Vanilla MC was plain, it got boring, there wasn't enough progression or freedom.

But here there are mods that add new biomes, new materials, new weapons, new armor, new machines, more crops to farm, new ways to play, there is so much to do, so much to enjoy, you can start out a mere adventurer, but you can ascend to near godliness legitimately.

The main mods I think the pack is based around are Project E and Tinkers Construct, they're such fun mods and such a great help, I've got ArmorPLUS to give Tinker's Construct some armor-side expansion and Mystical Agriculture for farming, Ender I/O and Refined Storage will help with storing and managing machines and systems and inventory.

There's so much to do that even I have yet to explore.

This mod pack may not have it's own story yet, but maybe in time it will evolve to be something more.

It's only an idea right now, but in the future if possible, I'd like to add my own achievement book full of quests and rewards.

Reccomendations:

I strongly advise downloading the latest version of Optifine to go alongside BetterFPS and FoamFix since they all help with making things run better.

• (You will have to uncheck 'Locked' in a curse modpack profile)

Also please be sure to dedicate at least 4 gb of RAM to Minecraft because there are a lot of mods and Minecraft can get a tad intensive.

• (You may need to uncheck 'Use System Settings' and move the slider to over 4000 in a curse modpack profile)

If anyone who owns the mods in use here feels that they should request me to immediately write up a reference or link in the description I'm more than happy to do so and if I've done anything wrong here with setting up my mod pack or with how I've used the materials here, please let me know so I can learn from that and make things better, I'm not out to offend anyone or steal material.
