- Removed Platinum Singularity from Ultimate Singularity recipe due to Platinum not existing in the pack. (Thanks Redlan!)

- Whitelisted over 1000 decoration blocks for use in any dimension. This is DISABLED by default, but can be enabled. Details are in a new Quest entry added for this purpose. (Again, thanks to Redlan for the idea!)
