As you may have noticed, dungeon chests are few and far between. These chests contain a particularly necessary item, the human effigy. With this item one can regain lost hearts (caused by dying [-10% max health]). However, it is a bit dangerous, and may lose you more hearst than it gains you if you aren't prepared... good luck and happy questing!
