The Monkey Goons Pack is a modpack I made for a 2 week minecraft phase with some friends. The more mods I added, the more it got annoying to constantly update the pack so I decided to upload the pack to make it easier for anybody to get and update this pack!
This pack offers a variety of my favorite mods that I've played from other packs.
This pack has:
- Couple tech mods:
Ender IO and Solar Flux Reborn
- Modified biome generation:
Terralith and Regions Unexplored
- Modified structures/generation:
Luki's Collection, Yung's Collection, Nether Trial Chambers, Alex's Caves, Moog's.
- Some Adventure/RPG focused mods
Iron's Spells, T.O Magic 'n Extras, Fire's Ender Expansion, Hazen'N Stuff, Explorify, Fantasy Armor, Mine Cells, Simply Swords/Simply More, L_Ender's Cataclysm, etc. Just a small list but there is definitely more.
- Better storage options:
Sophisticated Backpacks, Refined Storage, and Iron Chests
- Relics/Artifacts
Terra Curios, Curios, Relics, More Relics, Artifacts, and more
- Modified End progression and generation:
End Remastered, Yung's Better End Island, End's Phantasm, Moog's
- Lootr and Clavis:
Because this is a multiplayer focused modpack, I want people to explore regardless if somebody already explored a structure. Clavis helps to change up the looting aspect a slight bit by adding a locking mechanism minigame. Lootr will also help with your friends not stealing your loot....

Mobs now become more difficult the more mobs you kill and the more dimensions you visit.

Note:
The configs for some mods are modified so going through some of them could feel different than playing them normally.
Who is this pack for?:
I mainly designed this pack around playing with other people. The progression in this pack is simply too fast and boring for a single person to play. You can play the modpack solo but you will find that this modpack is a kitchen sink modpack.
There is no clear direction for the modpack, the mods are there to simply amplify the potential ways to play the game.
I believe anybody can play this pack, either by just playing like it's vanilla minecraft or somebody that has played many modpacks. I tried to make the pack simple enough and content vast so it's easy to have your friends enjoy the pack regardless of their experience with modded minecraft.
Fair warning, this modpack is kinda buggy and world generation is probably very messed up. As I'm not experienced with making modpacks or mods, there will be many other potential issues that will come up.
