Changelog:
- Respawn Anchor now works in the end dimension
- Waystones cost is reduced to 1 level every 1000 blocks and increased between dimensions (Use the vanilla portals lazy! :P)
Known Issues:
- Handcrafted hammer does not work on blocks facing north (Minor aesthetic problem)
