Config Changes:
- Increased cost of Bedrock Ore Miner by a factor of 10.
- Disabled Bauxite Bedrock Ore - it was supposed to be ignored in favor of TE Aluminum.
- Moved the Botania Flight meter up to accomodate Rustic's Armor Toughness meter
- Regenerated Environmental Tech configs back to new defaults.
- Added special ETech crystals to appropriate lens colors.
- Fixed recipe conflicts between Rustic and Quark/Thermal Expansion (colored wood, iron gear/iron lattice)
- Added a bunch of enchantments to the Simply Enchanting table
- Disabled Actually Additions Storage Crate Keeper recipe. This is to make it a trade-off vs the moveability of Thermal Expansion's Strongboxes.
