If you want to remove thirst or temperature, open the folder where your modpack instance is, search for (saves) > (your map) > (serverconfig) > (toughasnails-server.toml) open the file and disable whatever you want, to Just do this (Temperature enabled "enable_temperature = true") to ("enable_temperature = false") so you disable the temperature.
