### 2. PROHIBITED REDISTRIBUTION OF THE MODPACK

"***The Last Circuit***" modpack as a compiled or unified project on **any** other
platform, launcher, or website *(including, but not limited to, Modrinth,
CurseForge mirrors, or private distribution hosts)* without explicit prior
* **OPEN-SOURCE EXCEPTION:** This restriction **does NOT apply** to individual,
unmodified third-party mods operating under open-source licenses.
Users remain entirely free to download, use, and redistribute those individual
mods separate from this modpack, in strict accordance with their original
licenses.

### 3. PROPRIETARY CONFIGURATION & SCRIPT PROTECTION

developed by the project team are protected under standard proprietary copyright.
* **AUTHORIZED PERSONAL USE:** You are granted permission to edit, tweak, and
modify our Proprietary Work for ***PERSONAL, PRIVATE USE ONLY*** *(e.g., private
singleplayer sessions or private dedicated servers)*.
* **RESTRICTION ON DISTRIBUTION:** You are **STRICTLY PROHIBITED** from **`sharing`**,
**`publishing`**, **`distributing`**, or **`incorporating`** our -
* custom code
* KubeJS scripts
* custom config overhauls
and other custom modifications into other **`public projects`**, **`repositories`**, or **`modpacks`** without
* **PROHIBITION ON EXTRACTION:** You may **NOT** extract our Proprietary Work to use
as a base for a competing public project or redistribute our modified assets

### 4. CURSEFORGE MANIFEST & HASH-BASED DISTRIBUTION

**This modpack does NOT copy, redistribute, host, or alter the binaries (`.jar` files) of any third-party modifications.**

Upon installation, the user's client launcher fetches and downloads every mod binary directly from the original authors' official CurseForge hosting pages. As such, all traffic, download statistics, and creator rewards (Author Rewards) are fully preserved and directed to the rightful copyright holders.
