What's new
- Remove ProjectE because it doesn't fit in with the tech feel I'm going for
- To get to Draconic Evolution you have to go through Tinkers -> Create -> Thermal -> Mekanism
- Everlasting Abilities added (abilities will be obtained through the quest line)
