The Inventor and their Friends

• Fixed (again) the Inventor commands accidentally being usable by other players.
• Inventor commands can now be used by any server operator, and /milestone can now be used by any Inventor.
• Added an Auto Inventor that can be used when there's no obvious person to choose as the Inventor, or the Inventor needs to be away for a while. Either a server operator (including the console) or the Inventor can turn it on with /autoinventor true. It's highly recommended to set /packdifficulty 2 or higher when using Auto Inventor. If in doubt, choose a higher difficulty than you think you need; it's much easier to lower the difficulty than raise it.
• Added quests to turn Auto Inventor on and off.
• It should now be possible to have multiple Inventors; their quest books will automatically unlock anything purchased by each other (or the Auto Inventor).
• Pack initialization will now happen when the first player logs in, or sooner if inventor commands are used from console.
• Removed the hidden advancements that were originally used to spread progress.

This is a minor, server-only release. You do not need to update your client unless you intend to play in singleplayer or as a LAN host.
