This modpack adds ComputerCraft and Create to allow you to build contraptions all over your survival world, without any of the voodoo mods that usually come with. These mods mesh together to allow you to build contraptions, power them using generators and wiring, and control them using Lua!
(+ Planes, Helicopters, and a few QoL improvements!)
Computers (CC:Tweaked)
- Run on user-written Lua scripts
- Can handle data, relay messages, provide GPS
- Do not require power
Turtles (CC:Tweaked)
- Also run on Lua
- Can be programmed to move, dig, build, and interact with inventories
- Require coal, wood, or lava in order to move
Manufacturing (Create Mod)
- Introduces rotational power using shafts, generators, water wheels, and windmills
- Introduces advanced manufacturing methods (pressing, rolling, grinding, washing)
Electrical Power (Create Crafts & Additions)
- Introduces alternators to convert rotational power into electrical power (Forge energy)
- Introduces motors to convert electrical power into rotational power
- These motors can be controlled by CC:Tweaked computers
- Introduces copper wire and connectors to allow power to be run over large distances without clunky shafts
