- added the mod performant

- added a chunk loader mod (PersistantBits)

- applied some fixes for bows

- made anvils fair

- disabled quark matrix enchanting

- made seasons shorter and days longer (Daytime * 2; Seasontime / 2)

- buffed recipes for all default mc stone variants

- removed recipe for unbound hay

- removed egulib mod
