with the modpack you can play with the horror mods which bring a scary experience. there ist also a sanity bar which makes the gameplay dificult.
You can have a scary experience as I said earlier. there are also sharks. the sanity bar is an feature in the modpack and the only one... i think. Watch out or the dwellers will chase you or the sanity bar will be low.
