The Horror Journey is a 165-mod horror survival experience for Minecraft 1.20.1 (Forge). This isn't cheap horror. No jumpscares, no gimmicks. Just a world that has been fundamentally changed, and the constant feeling that you are not alone in it.

New structures, dungeons, and buildings are woven into the world — each one worth exploring, none of them truly safe. Caves run deeper than you remember, and the things that live in them have learned to use the terrain against you. Don't get too comfortable in the dark.

There are weapons, armor, and tools to help you fight back. Whether they'll be enough is another question. Thinking outside the box isn't just encouraged here — it's often the only way to survive.

Quality of life mods keep the experience smooth and focused on what matters. Keep Inventory is highly recommended. You're going to need it.

This is a harder modpack. It will challenge you. It will punish mistakes. But for those willing to push through, it is a complete and genuinely fun adventure — just one with a few things lurking in the shadows.
