The Cave Dweller is an entity that only appears in the caves. It is a rework of one of the most popular original horror mods displaying how terrifying cave noises are. This mod makes the scariest biome in Minecraft worse than it already is

Herobrine

You can't see him, but I promise he can see you... Enter a world of fear and mystery with From The Fog, a Minecraft mod that brings the legendary Herobrine to life in a spooky and immersive way true to the legend.

The Anomaly

The Anomaly is the new entity added by the mod, the entity may spawn during night or inside a cave. The entity won't stalk the player until it's spotted for the first time. Once the entity is stalking you, every time you sleep the entity may become more aggressive. You may want to keep your pets safe. The entity may follow you to your house without you knowing.

The Man From The Fog

This mod aims to make the Minecraft experience scarier and to transform the game into a horror game. It does so by adding a new entity to the game called The Man From The Fog. By default it spawns every night or two. The spawn rate and many other things can be configured in the config. When spawned it watches the player from a far distance and comes closer after being ignored. When looked at, it either vanishes or goes aggressive. You can't avoid him when spawned. 

The Man From the Shadow

a psychological horror mod that aims to scare the player at the most unexpected moment...  HE IS ALWAYS WATCHING YOU. remember to always take your pills or else... BEWARE THE NIGHT. After a period of time you'll start noticing his presence, hear his voice, his breath but don't panic. HE WON'T HURT YOU. Keep taking your pills he is not real. He will watch you as you sleep... Remember to lock your doors
