I think I've finalised my recipe tweaks. The bulk of DE SHOULD now be gated behind progressing through the rest of the pack (uses later thaumcraft, abyssalcraft, IC2 and IE items) and moved RF tools and forestry machine frames to the TechReborn basic machine casing. I'm not planning on other recipe tweaks, I've gated a few things, made some things harder but still doable.
Quest book is a def work in progress, keep a look out for changes
