Patching up the Armour

* Increased total cooldown reduction for warlock armour from 30% to 40%, and battlemage from 15% to 20% (the previous values were broken though)

* Mana flasks no longer take time to use in creative mode

# Fixed armour class cooldowns displaying the total set cooldown on each item, they now display the correct value for each item on its own

# Fixed a problem with combining two sets of spell modifiers, which caused armour cost reductions not to apply in many cases

Extreme Reactors

ZeroCore 2

- GUI: added debug frame display. When turned on, the bounding box of the control under the mouse cursor is highlighted with a white frame- Added the /zerocore command (and /zc alias). Currently it's used to enable/disable the GUI debug frame and to manually send a clear-recipe-cache request to all clients

- Increased the hit box of the up-down buttons. Close ER #37. Thanks to beiai for the report

- BakedModelSupplier is now deprecated and will be removed in a future release. A mod should now use it's own instance(s) of ModBakedModelSupplier instead

Foamfix

Fixed multiple "ghost chunkloading" bugs across the 1.12.2 codebase, particularly involving Biomes o' Plenty grass, but also vanilla farmland and modded fluids.
