The Forgotten Updates

TFU aims to predict what would happen if Mojang had 10-15 more years to work on Minecraft, and if they listened to the community in those years. It's kind of like Minecraft, but with a ton of updates!

Features:

The Forgotten Updates (TFU) features multiple different features, or "updates," that are either wanted by the community, or they're just a logical thing that Mojang will probably eventually do. These will be listed on how big/game-changing they are.

1. The long-awaited End Update:

Many players want an end update, and if there were to be, Mojang would probably not add most of the stuff seen on popular mods, since the End is supposed to feel barren, so this has been expanded on. The Main End Island is also now more decorated, strongholds are not just a stupidly big maze now, and Jean (the ender dragon) now has a more difficult fight.

2. Villagers, Pillagers, and witches:

Villagers now are more configurable, have better trades when the Hero of the village effect is obtained, they will drop emeralds when they die, they will always get infected when a zombie tries to kill them, and they now have villages in a lot more biomes! There are also new Ghost Villagers, with new trades and all.

Pillagers and witches, on the other hand now have willages (witch villages), better witch huts, and pillager caravans. This might be reworked on a little bit, but this is what we have now.

3.  More and better structures and biomes:

A ton of already-existing structures have been completely changed thanks to YUNG and his mods. There are also plenty of new structures, and almost all overworld biomes have been changed a little bit.

4. Better oceans:

We can all agree the update aquatic was awesome, but it could've been even awesome-er. Ocean monuments have been reworked, fishing mechanics are now also a bit different (when fished, fish are entities and not items), the world will now generate with a ton more of water, even continent-like, the ocean is now deeper, there are now aquatic creeper which are pretty cool in my humble opinion, and finally, there are new ways to travel the sea with new small craftable ships.

5. Bedrock features:

Bedrock, even though it is a bit worse than Java in a lot of aspects, has many features which could easily be on Java. One example of this is the doll-thing that appears on the left on your screen. Now when you have a tool equipped, it will say the enchantments on top. Armor stands and bridging are features that Bedrock has that are way better than Java, at least in my opinion, so armor stands now have hands like in Bedrock and bridging is also Bedrock-like. Something very interesting Bedrock has is the market place, while this cannot be exactly replicated in Java, I did add emotes (which are free), similar to the marketplace (I think?) Finally, the bedrock on the bottom of the world is flat and mineable (since there are already many bugs to break it, why not?), even though this has nothing to do with Bedrock Edition.

6. Heads for all:

EVERY. SINGLE. VANILLA. MOB. HAS. A. F***ING. HEAD.

7. New mobs:

A ton of the discarded mobs from previous votes, and some mobs that are in the game and just... haven't been used now have a use! There are also some new wild mobs, like raccoons and flamingos.

8. The Bore and Brine:

Water. Earth. Fire. Air. Long ago, the Four Nations lived together in harmony. Then everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked. Only the Avatar, master of all four elements, could stop them, but when the world needed him most, he vanished. A hundred years passed and my brother and I discovered the new Avatar: An airbender named Aang. And although his airbending skills are great, he still has a lot to learn before he's ready to save anyone. But I believe Aang can save the world. That show was peak, anyways, we now have the bore and brine, which are the earth and water versions of the breeze and blaze.

9. Babier babies:

Almost every single mob has a baby variant! And there are also new baby models for SOME already-existing babies!

10. Resource packed:

You can now download almost any resourcepack off of Minecraft! This also applies to Vanilla Tweaks resourepacks =)

11. There isn't really an 11, but there are various features I haven't talked about yet...:

Peaceful hunger, map tooltips, less spawn rate of phantoms, membranes are way more useful now, banners can be placed everywhere, up to 32 banner combinations in a banner, better rain, double doors open at once, mobs don't burn in the sun, endermen cannot pick up blocks, and many other QOL additions!

Before you go, remember that Minecraft isn't about having a perfect modpack and a perfect world, it's about using what you have to express your creativity. I also kept the descriptions a little bit vague so you can explore and wander around. If you perhaps enjoy this modpack, consider leaving a comment, if you wish to =) (goodness this took me a lot of time to write)
