The Electric Accident

Fixed everything from the last temporary version, which was hastily uploaded for the purpose of testing.
In addition to removing a few unnecessary mods, added more quests and made various alterations to the configs.

Performance has started to become an issue, as one would expect with the amount of mods that were added. This update should hopefully improve that.
