The Downfall - A modern invasion

This isn't your average zombie survival pack...

You will fight against hordes of zombies and Arachnid threats alike, in your bid for survival in a world that doesn't favour you because you're human. Fungal infection spreads like wildfire and spiders pulled directly from your nightmares all gather to assert their own form of dominance over the hostile world after Humanity's Downfall and subsequent evacuation from the planet...

Use an arsenal of over 200 of TaCZ's finest armaments alongside a post-apocalyptic line-up of melee weapons to try and show these zombies and spiders that you aren't ready to give up just yet. Build your own bastion and cover that mother in traps as you do your best to fight back...

Discover the origins of both threats and try to find a way to finally defeat the dreaded Tormentor - A giant God-like arachnid entity hellbent on the destruction of humanity and total annhilation of the human species. Find other survivors out there and rebuild society the way you see fit whether you wish to create a stronghold of hope against humanity's overlords or you just want to get rich off of the hardwork of you loyal subjects, your personal village will be what you deem it to be...

Don't get too distracted from your real goal though because zombies will get stronger with each passing day and a day wasted in the Downfall is a day your enemies get closer to their own agenda. Hordes will target your base and arachnid forces will send their elite. Only the strong survive and now its your turn to prove that the peak of humanity didn't leave for the stars when nature turned its back...

This modpack is currently in an unfinished state and is being uploaded purely so my team and I can continue updating it as we make more changes without having to work through email. There are still quests to be added, changes to be made and scripts to be integrated. Play so at your own risk. It is recommended that you don't attempt this modpack in Hardcore yet as some changes in the future may break your world or cap your progression. If you wish to add comments on your experience or you spot things that arent totally working as intended, please feel free to post comments and we will answer any questions we can.
