Information:

The final alpha version of the Exploration Mode before beta. The mod, Forge Config API Port, causes crashes to the launcher that results in its removal, as well as Universal Bone Meal and Puzzles Lib.

Expect a new mode for forge during the release of beta versions. BSL shaders have admirably configured to respect lower-end devices.
