Description

The Deep Roads are the only safe place left. The world has undergone a great sundering leaving magic stripped of the world and life twisted. You have been slumbering under the last spell for unknown ages. You awaken in a world where both the very night and day seek your death. You must rebuild with your limited technology on the remains of what was once a grand mystical race. The sins of the past still lingering in the world will they over take you?

 

The Deep Roads is a lightly tech focused pack under 80 mods in total. It is built around digging deep the world gen has been tweaked to created high base lands with steep cliffs to the rivers and oceans that cut through the land. If it gets too dark you will die but light is not your answer to bright and you will also suffer. The Grue and Daylight Grue are always there watching and waiting for you. You will spawn near a stone brick structure it is recommend you flee quickly here and await night fall.

Added Bibliocraft (There you go it has waypoints, maps, and even a death point marker option)
Added Tube Transport (nice elevators)
Added Redstone Paste (put redstone on walls)
Added Compass Coordinates (Simple way to check your coordinates without having to use F3)
Added Ender Compass (because it is really hard to follow eyes of ender underground)
Added Aqua Tweaks (client side mod that makes water nicer)
Added Steve's Carts 2 (Why risk Grue attacks while tunneling?)

There is an issue with the most Chisel 2 - 2.5.0 so downgraded to 2.4.1 until it is fixed.

-Fixed an issue with ore gen not turned on for CoFH leading to less worldgen ore to be found. Should be correctly set now for 1.5 times that of vanilla for both clustering and max Y height.

-Updated some mods to current versions most notably Grue

-Set Grue spawn timer slightly longer
