The Cobblestone Collective

In this update I balanced a lot of things such as:
The Biome spawns of abyssal-craft and defiled lands
The spawn rate of wizard towers, obelisk, and structures.
Rougelike Dungeons are now much more common

Ores that where duplicates between mods are now gone and instead we have only 1 ore for all mods which was balanced to make up for it.

Added recipes for Scaling Health
Added recipes for Beneath Teleporter

Tweaked Recipes that were overlapping

Buffed the rate at which Nagas spawn as they where not spawning at all before.

This will be the first of the "Stable" updates we push out and hope to do more in the future.
