- Changed version of Create from 0.5.1c to 0.5.1b (to add compatibility with Create Steam n Rails)

- Re-activated Create Steam n Rails

- Re-added Rubidium

 

This modpack should work correctly now. Because of a render changes in the latest Create mod versions, Create Steam n Rails wasn't compatible with the mod. This modpack version fixes that issue so Create and Create Steam n Rails are once again compatible.
