Ascended Individuals pack a sort of "kitchen sink mod pack" with a high demand for tech that will you mega powerful with moderate, hard and extreme complexity. no real "endgame/creative" content outside of certain tech mods. also no AE2 so Refined Storage is the way to go. we would also suggest enabling Biomes O' plenty in world options to make the world a bit more interesting to look at. in this mod pack you will ascend to the clouds of the sky as you battle to keep you and your people alive, you'll need to be smart and use your tech to its greatest. you will end up with massive bases, massive tech and massive firepower, we hope you enjoy the ride. this started out as a way to play with my favorite mods that could run well on py personal pc and tuned into much more, we decided to add more mods and make a public pack for anyone who would like to play it. quick start guide don't use vanilla tools and look for platinum veins to speed up progression, get yourself some power i would suggest starting out with Thermal mods and meninism build a wind mill for cheap energy and getting yourself some water mill for extra energy, you can also use solar panels but they are a bit more expensive. now that you have some power its time to get into the meat of things and set up some sort of auto-crafting system we would recommend using either Mekanism or Refined Storage, both are good options with different trade offs. Mekanism is cheaper to get going but uses more power and is a bit more complicated while Refined Storage is easier to use and understand but is more expensive. Both mods have good documentation so read up on them and see which one you prefer. for tools i would suggest a early medium goal of the atomic disassembler from mekanism as it will make short work of trees and other blocks, you can also use the mining for armor i would recommend using actual armors from mekanism or thermal mods 4 for better protection against the environment and hostiles. for massive storage potential hook up a end chest to auto dump into a refined storage system, you can also use the mekanism storage system but it is a bit more expensive. from here on out its really up to you, there is no real "endgame" (accept what it is you can make of it) in this pack so do what ever you want, make massive factories, space stations, flying bases, giant robots or whatever else you can come up with. The sky is the limit. an ascended individual is an individual better than the day before and is not feared by the environment or and complexities the main goal is to master Greg tech and apply it to achieve victory over nature and your worlds biome. Some of the main goals are to: -have a base in space -create machine bases -defeat end game bosses such as the dragon -make a flying base (As all good "Ascended individuals do") -become a master of Greg tech -apply Greg tech to achieve victory over nature -own every item in the game (reasonable and possible) -be better than the day before There is no real "endgame" in this pack so do what ever you want, make massive factories, space base, flying bases, giant robots or whatever else you can come up with. use the good old creativity that Minecraft is known for and leverage up the technology to achieve it.
