Thaumcraft 6 is here and so are several current mods that either have, had, or are looking forward to cross-mod compatibility with Thaumcraft. As add-ons update (or arrive new) and other mods update their compatibility with Thaumcraft 6 I'll update the pack.
This pack has both magical and industrial tech all revolving around Thaumcraft 6. There are also some other mods included primarily as general game enhancement (such as combat and skills) and miscellaneous goals (such as conquering the Aether and Underworld). If you have any suggestions for mods that specifically have Thaumcraft 6 integration or any new add-ons please comment about them here.
Botania, Blood Magic, Evilcraft, Abyssalcraft, Ars Magica 2, Essentialcraft and Magic Bees are all old favorites returning to synergize with Thaumcraft 6 while Mystical Agriculture fills the old role of Magical Crops. ProjectE still has the old integration already intact (EMCs for the win) while Elemental Invocations promises to go a completely different progress route with Thaumcraft 6 in the future.
For exploration we have Aether Legacy, Toroquest, and VoidCraft to expand your game and give you reason to give those Boots of the Traveler a real workout while using your handy Nature's Compass and Ender Compass to point you where to run.
Don't think I've forgot about combat for those not ready for the jump. With Slashblade, LevelUp!, and Dynamic Sword Skills to help you should feel like you're back in the feudal times as a real warrior. Everlasting Abilities should certainly offer an interesting twist.
Fun extra: For a nice seed number to try out on a normal world try "Thaumcraft 6." It's hilarious how fitting it is!
