Food update (pt.2)

Bugs patched :

• Dissolved now have their original skin turned back on
• Oblivion Jar use to not drop when harvesting it
• Fixed a weird crash happening in outer world dimension
• Fixed a console spam caused by Magic Cookies golem decoration icons

Expert changes :

• Set 100% chance of explosion on Nether Ores
• Nether Quartz now behaves back like other ores in the Nether
• Mobs can now grief campfire
• Set limits for Server Utilities (chunk claims, commands, etc…)
• Disabled chunk claiming in all dimensions, except overworld

Gameplay modifications :

• Cooking meat through the campfire will now grant you 8 unique new food items !
• Coloring the Bag of Tricks now gives more intense colors
