Expert & QoL overhaul update

Mods removed :

• FTB Library, FTB Utilities, NotEnoughResources

Mods updated :

• ArchaicFix, NemexLib, TCI2:Core, Thaumic Horizons

Bugs patched :

• Golem won't duplicate anymore upon dying in rare cases

Gameplay modifications :

• Set aspects for Infernal Furnace
• Set aspects for all 6 Apprentice Rings

Expert changes :

• Animals now spawn less frequently
• Set mining level for Soul Sand to Diamond Shovel
• Set mining level for Dirt/Sand/Gravel to Stone Shovel
• Set mining level for Hungry Chest to Stone Axe
• Khndrel Keght will now drop Dirt when killed
• Teleposer now cannot move Mob spawners & Aura nodes
• Replaced the additionnal recipe for Stone Furnace with an Arcane Recipe
• Balanced aspects for Nether Brick
