1.2.3 and 1.2.4 didn't have a proper export, so some configs were missing.

The rest is copied from 1.2.3:

Added Disenchanter (Disenchantment Table)
Set Disenchantment Table crafting recipe to require Maze Map Focus from Twilight Forest (same as Uncrafting Table)

Added Schematica
Set Schematica to allow placing unconnected blocks / above air

Removed crafting recipes of three ingots across for Thaumcraft Brass, Iron, and Thaumium Plates
. Use Immersive Engineering hammer or metal press
. Did not remove thaumcraft iron plates items, no item loss will happen

Added crafting recipe to turn Quark bookcases into Chisel bookcases and back
. Because Quark bookcase cannot be chiseled
