Balance changes:
removed obsidian boats (already excists enchant for lava)
removed platforms (pointless mod)
removed carry on (many block bugs)
removed snail mail (balancing the item player to player transformation
removed mahou tsoukai (because it was failing to render recipes)
removed progressive bosses (due to errors with leveling system)
replaced supplementaries (with the 1.4.5 build)
added create mod
added new gear artifacts and equipment
