Overall, you'll see it remains basic Minecraft, just 2 or 3 major mods that add quite a bit, but nothing weird or futuristic that completely changes the game. It stays close to vanilla Minecraft, but better and more enjoyable. The 3 main mods are Apotheosis, Create, and Aether. The rest are add-ons for those mods or quality-of-life improvements, like twerking to make things grow, bone meal usable on all plants, the ability to mine multiple blocks at once with the tilde key, breaking trees and foliage in one hit, visually simplifying things when you have lots of hearts, armor, etc., or seeing unlooted chests.
