1.16 Mostly vanilla+ modpack but with Create and new biomes

This modpack is a mostly vanilla+ modpack, with many new enchantments, a few new structures, new blocks, and many new biomes. The modpack also has Create as its only fully functional tech mod, so people can automate things better than before. For now, it is WIP, including the name and logo. I had originally intended to have a specific theme for the pack, but I am still waiting on a few mods to be updated to complete that theme. So for now, this is in beta and I am using it to play on a private server to experiment.
