Major Changes

• Water wheels are now usable again in all (earth + beneath) biomes outside of rivers, but at a reduced efficiency @Pyritie
• Removed the soda ash recipe in the chemical reactor so you have to actually loop your tungsten line (#2037) @TomPlop
• Removed "raw" thorium metal items like ingots and plates - macerate them into dust before updating! @Pyritie
• Most fission line recipes are now locked to Mars @TomPlop
• Graphite Moderators now only require an EV arc furnace instead of an IV one @TomPlop
• Added an implosion compressor recipe to craft Dense Lead Plates much faster, albeit slightly less efficiently @TomPlop
• Heat Exchanger now requires Ostrum Iodide (#2040) @TomPlop
• Refrigerant Pellet now requires a little Radon @TomPlop
• Soarers and Surfers now require TFC familiarity to tame. Surfers were also replaced with a new TFG mob with the same name (look at the mod name in Jade), so only those are affected (and the old ones no longer spawn) @Pyritie
