Additional Changes:
Added recipe to grind Beneth's Cobblerack into create's Cinder Flour.
Updated TFC forging using create's sequenced recipes. Each toolhead now has a template item crafted by combing a tool head of any metal type with a sheet of paper. This fixes the bug where the template item was being consumed when it shoud not have been.
