TerrafirmaPack 2 is a sequel to the previous 1.7.10 modpack with the same name. TFP 2's focus is on the base mod TerrafirmaCraft. TerrafirmaCraft, or TFC is a mod that overhauls the survival aspect of Minecraft with new world gen, mobs and skill leveling. In TFC, players start in the stone age and must knapp their first set of stone tools. Metal tools and armor are progressively attained as players work their way through stronger tiered metals and alloys. Agriculture is expanded upon with added crops that can only be planted during certain seasons, which can be tricky with players needing to maintain certain nutrition stats to keep from starving. Exploration is a key component in TFC with certain resources only generating in specific biomes, like trees, stones or livestock.

TFC on its own is a challenge for most, but this modpack adds just a few extra mods to keep things even more interesting, while also keeping in the spirit of the base mod. JEI, JourneyMap, and WAILA are general quality of life additions to keep players organized and informed. TFC Water Flasks, TFC Storage, and TerraFirma Things are added to bring helpful tools and blocks that make surviving the harsh world bearable. Bibliocraft and TFC Decorations are also present for those wanting their worlds to look their best, This mix of mods keeps the focus on TerraFirmaCraft, without a whole lot of unnecessary filler. This pack is perfect those wanting an expanded survival experience alone, or with friends!
